1. Data Protection
Learn Over complies with the Trinidad & Tobago Data Protection Act and follows international best practices. Data is encrypted, stored securely, and never sold or shared with third parties.
Only authorized Learn Over staff and, in the case of institutional accounts, the designated teacher/PTA administrator. Parents always have full access to their child’s data.
No. Affiliates only receive sales and commission data. They do not have access to student records or personal information.
2. Information Use
Learn Over collects only what is necessary: Student login details, Lesson progress and quiz results, Subscription/payment information (processed securely by third parties)
To track learning progress, provide reports, improve content, and ensure a personalized learning experience.
No. Any data shared for reporting (e.g., with sponsors or NGOs) is anonymized and requires parental consent for case studies or testimonials.
3. Compliance With Laws
Yes. Learn Over is aligned with: T&T Data Protection Act, GDPR principles (for international affiliates/students), COPPA principles (protection of children’s online privacy).
All payments are processed through secure online gateways or bank deposits. Learn Over does not store full credit card details.
4. User Rights
Yes. Parents may request an export of their child’s data at any time, once per month.
Yes. Parents may request deletion of their child’s account and personal data once the subscription ends.
Learn Over uses cookies only for login sessions and affiliate tracking. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.

Learn Over has a breach notification policy. Affected users will be informed within 72 hours and corrective measures will be taken immediately. However, we reiterate that we have taken preventative measures and your information is secured by experts.
