Who Qualifies as Underserved?

The Cyberfront Institute uses fair and transparent criteria to prioritize support.

  • ✔️ Household Income
    Families below the national minimum wage or with proof of limited income (salary slip, job letter, or declaration).
  • ✔️ Unemployment/Underemployment
    Persons actively seeking work or working part-time below a sustainable living wage.
  • ✔️ Government Assistance
    Families/individuals receiving social grants (e.g. food card, disability grant, senior assistance).
  • ✔️ Single-Parent or Large Households
    Parents/guardians with 3+ dependents and limited resources.
  • ✔️ Students at Risk
    Children with limited access to devices, internet, or school resources.
  • ✔️ Special Circumstances
    Persons affected by illness, disability, or recent crisis (fire, flood, displacement).
EVERY CIRCUMSTANCE IS DIFFERENT AND WILL BE TREATED ACCORDINGLY.

📌 Verification may include:

  • Job letter, pay slip, or bank statement
  • Utility bill
  • Government support card/documentation
  • Self-declaration form where no documents exist
  • Letter from present educators
